Depuis, elle n\u2019a jamais cess\u00e9 de cultiver cet amour pour les saveurs et les traditions s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises.<\/p>\n<p>Son parcours l\u2019am\u00e8ne ensuite \u00e0 Munich, o\u00f9 elle passe deux ann\u00e9es enrichissantes aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de son beau-fr\u00e8re, chef de trois restaurants gastronomiques. L\u00e0-bas, elle affine sa technique, d\u00e9couvre d\u2019autres cultures culinaires, et d\u00e9veloppe une cuisine ouverte, g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse et pleine de caract\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Amsatou ouvre son \u00e9choppe \u00e0 La Commune, avec une volont\u00e9 forte : faire rayonner la richesse de la cuisine s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise, \u00e0 travers des plats traditionnels comme le maf\u00e9, le yassa, mais aussi des cr\u00e9ations, inspir\u00e9es de son v\u00e9cu et de ses rencontres.
